Personal Fitness Training is based on hour-long sessions on a one-to-one basis with a fully qualified trainer, with each session tailored to meet your own specific requirements and goals. The individual encouragement and motivation received is proven to gain results more rapidly than any other form of training.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
You can focus on personal aims and goals, and, as you progress, the exercise programme is adapted accordingly.
Personal Fitness Training ensures the correct use of training equipment at all times, in your own home, at a time to suit you.
The trainer is always available to answer any questions you may have. |

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Personal Fitness Training costs around £50.00 per session, with your first consultation FREE OF CHARGE, and without obligation. (An additional charge may be made to cover travel and time for home visits which require significant travelling.)
If you want to encourage family or friends, gift vouchers are available and maybe would be more appreciated than another box of chocolates! |

Simply contact Roger to arrange a FREE consultation to discuss your training needs, ask any questions and identify and set out your short- or long-term goals. If you would prefer, arrangements can be made for you to talk to a female consultant.
